Acceptance

By using the Visionality.AI marketing site or the Visionality gateway product (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Visionality is an AI cost governance gateway operated by ServiceVision. It proxies your LLM API calls, enforces policies you configure, and records them in an audit log scoped to your tenant.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of prompts your applications send through the gateway, for the LLM provider accounts you connect, and for the policies you configure. The gateway enforces what you configure — it does not, by default, substitute its judgement for yours.

LLM provider terms

The gateway forwards requests to upstream LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS, Microsoft, and others) using credentials you supply. You remain bound by each provider's terms of service for those requests.

Billing

Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually as selected. The Starter tier is self-hosted on your own infrastructure (Render, Neon) and is not billed by us.

Service limits

The gateway is engineered for <5ms added latency per request at typical load. We do not warrant a specific uptime number on the Starter tier. Team and Enterprise tiers include SLA commitments documented in the order form.

No warranty for placeholder terms

This page is a placeholder while the formal terms are finalised. The binding terms for any paid engagement are those signed at order time.
